conducted by the Tennessee Valley Authority, the University of Mississippi and
the U.S. Dept. of Energy support those findings.
Northeastern Illinois University conducted winter tests in
residential and commercial structures using infra-red thermograph photography.
The photos showed significant resistance to heat transfer over the regular

According to an analysis performed at Penn State University,
approximately 75% of total heat loss in structures occurs through radiation. The
